Avery Design & Print Tablet App The good news is, our latest version of Design & Print is now touch compatible, so it is no longer necessary to download a separate application. We have now stopped supporting the Tablet App, and have removed it from App stores.

With your Word document open, go to the top of screen and click Mailings > Labels > Options. (In older versions of Word, the Options setting is located in Tools at the top of the page.) Select Avery US Letter from the drop-down menu next to Label Vendors. Then scroll to find your Avery product number and click OK.

To open a file with the . avery file extension on your computer, navigate to the Avery Design and Print Online page in your Web browser and click the “Open Project” link at the bottom of the page. Browse to the file on your computer and double-click it.

The fastest way to download an Avery template is to go to avery.com/templates and type your Avery product or template number into the white Search Bar at the top center of the page. (Your product or template number can be found on the bottom right of your Avery packaging).

Designs created in Avery Design & Print Online can be output to the . PDF format and then printed on any standard printer. When you are ready to print, select Print in the top-right corner, choose to save or not save your design, then click Download PDF to download your design as a . PDF file.

You can choose to save your designs to your Avery Account or save them to your computer. By saving your project to your online Avery Account, you will be able to access it from any computer connected to the internet. You will also be able to apply the design you have created to other Avery products.

You can customize an Avery design, or upload your own, then play around with different fonts to see what you like best. Then you can even do a test run and print on some blank labels or even just on a sheet of paper to see what it looks like. Once you’ve made a final decision, don’t go crazy.

How do I print from Avery Design & Print Online with Microsoft Internet Explorer?

1. On the Preview & Print tab, click Print It Yourself and then Print Now, and the Save Design box will appear.
2. Choose to Open the PDF and then select your printer.
3. Be sure “Fit to page” is NOT checked and “Scale” is at 100.

When you’re ready to print:

1. From your business card template, click File > Print.
2. Make sure your business card Avery stock is loaded into the printer.
3. Choose the correct printer.
4. Under Settings, the options you’ll want to pay attention to are under Pages.
5. Click the Print button at the top of the screen.
