Troubleshooting Microphone Issues

1. Ensure the microphone is not on mute.
2. Ensure you have connected your mobile device’s audio.
3. Try using earphones with a microphone.
4. Ensure Zoom has access to your device’s microphone.
5. Ensure that no other applications are using the microphone at the same time.
6. Restart your iOS device.

Launch Zoom and click the gear icon at the upper right corner to access the Settings menu. Navigate to the Audio tab. Then, make sure you’re using the right device as Speaker and Microphone. Tick Show in-meeting option to Turn on Original Sound and disable Echo cancellation.

There could be a faulty sound driver in your system.
