Part 2: Reset/Restore Account Picture to Default After changing the account picture, you might later find that there is no option to restore the profile picture to default. In Windows 10/8/7, the default account picture images are stored in the hidden system folder: C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/User Account Pictures.

Copy and Save Right click on the picture in the email. If there is an option to “Save Picture As,” select that. A new window opens, where you enter a file name for the picture, and confirm the location and file type.

1. Sign into your Microsoft Office 365 account.
2. In Office 365, click on “user photo” in top right corner and then select “Change”.
3. New window appears on your screen.
4. Now, choose any picture and click on “Open”.
5. Uploaded image is visible in the image box, now click on “Save”.

Definition: A profile picture is the image that represents a social media account in all its interactions across a platform. Profile pictures are displayed as an avatar next to the account name on posts, comments and mentions (depending on the platform).

Tap the “ Menu ” button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Select “ Photos “. (You may have to select “See more” first.) Select the photo you wish to set as your profile picture. Select the “ Make Profile Picture ” link, then select “ Confirm “.

To add or change your photo: 1. Navigate to the user drop down menu (next to your name in the upper right) and select Profile. 2. Select the Photo link. 3. In this screen you can choose a file from your computer to upload and crop as your new photo.

Change your profile photo At the top of the page, select your name or profile picture In the My account pane, select your profile picture. In the Change your photo dialog, select Upload a new photo. Choose a photo to upload and select Apply. Note: Your new photo will appear the next time you sign in to Office 365.
