The easiest way to do that is via Settings. So, open Settings and go to Update & Security, and click Check for updates. From there you can download and install the required update. Sometimes, updating alone can fix the issue, but if the issue persists.

Use the CTRL+SHIFT+F3 keyboard shortcut. The computer will reboot into audit mode. This option may trigger any scripts that you have configured to launch in OOBE.

The procedure is as follows. In the right hand pane Right Click “setup.exe” and click “Modify”. Change the “Value Data” field to 3 and Click “OK”. Close the registry editor, close the Command Prompt and Click “OK” on the error message. The PC should restart and then commence OOBE again.
