How do I review an app on the app store?

To rate an app in the App Store, follow these steps:

1. On your iOS or iPadOS device, tap the App Store app to open it.
2. Tap your photo (or icon, if you haven’t added a photo) in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap Purchased.
4. Tap the app you want to rate.
5. Scroll down to the Ratings & Reviews section.

You must create your IAP from under the Features->In App Purchase. Then you must add a screenshot, so that the IAP says Ready to Submit. Then from the Prepare for Submission page, the section titled InApp purchases shows up (otherwise it is hidden) and you can select your inapp purchase you just created.

The users’ reviews appear iTunes Connect, the dashboard where developers manage the apps they offer for download on the App Store. A page will display the incoming reviews, allowing developers to now respond or report them. (Under App –> Activity –> Ratings and Reviews).

How to Review Your Apple ID Details on the Website:

1. Go to AppleID.apple.com and sign in with your username and password.
2. If prompted, enter the Apple ID Verification Code sent to your device.
3. Review your email addresses and phone numbers in the Account section.

If you’ve just created a new Apple ID, and it is giving you the message “This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store”, it is because you have to set your billing and shipping address in your account information. Login to appleid, go to “Payment & Shipping” and set your address for both Billing and Shipping.

Upload your app to App Store Connect and use TestFlight to test on a device and easily invite other testers. Submit your apps for review. Before submitting your app for review, make sure it’s ready to be released to customers and that you’re making the most of your product page.

Enter testing information and invite testers in App Store Connect by adding their names and email addresses or by sharing a public invitation link. When you are ready, choose the build you’d like to submit to App Review. Later, you can make improvements to your app with periodic app updates.

Before submitting your app for review, make sure it’s ready to be released to customers and that you’re making the most of your product page. All apps submitted to the App Store are reviewed based on a set of technical, content, and design criteria. Make sure to review the App Store Review Guidelines before submitting your app for review.

Once you’ve submitted your app for review, you can view its status in the My Apps section of App Store Connect or on the App Store Connect App for iPhone and iPad. Review times may vary by app.
